[There's a crackling as the device seems to fizzle a bit before settling into a deep hum. The voice that comes on is distorted, unidentifiable. Even if there's an accent it's hard to tell.]

Hey, guys! This is Lucy...hopefully.

[There's a pause and what might be a sigh. Or a laugh. It's hard to tell.]

So is anyone else having problems with their devices? With the whole garble anon thing?
